BM-22: Bending station with manual loading and unloading

The BM-22 is born from Cosma's thirty-years experience in the field of household appliances and it is the answer to the request to have a bending machine with the maximum flexibility able to satisfy customers' production needs thanks to the patented bending system that allows being able to perform both positive and negative folds with variable radius.

The maximum flexibility of the machine allows the customer to execute, with automatic model change, in sequence the folds of the sides, of the top, of the doors of refrigerators, shelves or any panel that needs to be folded.

The BM-22 can process sheet thicknesses from 0.3mm to 0.8mm of any material, from aluminum to stainless steel. Thanks to its great flexibility it is also suitable for the production of small lots and for small producers who do not need large production.
